 Precautions for cleaning roller mill and plansifter

1、Cleaning of roller mill

 

1. Flour mill machine surface: the surface cleaning work is in the charge of the operator on duty, cleaning every shift.

2. Inside of the roller mill: clean the inside of the roller mill on the maintenance day, and make sure that it is clean and complete, and the passage is free from blockage and damage. The cleared objects should be handled separately and cannot be returned to the machine. The maintenance personnel on duty shall be responsible for the internal cleaning.

 

3. When the grinding roller needs to be replaced, the surface of the replaced wheat roller should be cleaned with a cleaning cloth.

4. Roller Mill body: clean once a year. The cleaning time is after shutdown at the end of each year. Clean up thoroughly without dead space. After cleaning, no parts are lost or damaged. The production personnel arranged by the workshop shall be responsible for the cleaning of the machine body.

5. The cleaning personnel shall ensure personal safety and equipment safety.

6. Do a good job of cleaning up records.

 

2、Cleaning of Plansifter

 

1. The surface cleaning work of the plansifter is cleaned by the cleaning personnel every day to keep clean and free from dust.

2. The internal cleaning of plansifter is carried out on the maintenance day according to the maintenance arrangement.

3. When cleaning, brush, batch knife and other tools should be used to thoroughly clean the screen body, inner wall and channel.

4. First, brush the recyclable materials on the inner wall with a brush, collect them and return them to the machine; then, clean the adhering materials on the inner wall with a batch ash knife, collect them separately and do not return them to the machine.

5. After cleaning, the screen body and inner wall shall be clean without adhesive materials, the channel shall be free from blockage and the adhesive strip shall be free from damage.

6. Operators should ensure personal safety and equipment safety.

7. Do a good job of dismantling and clearing records.
