  Wheat processing technology is to make wheat into flour to meet various needs. Cleaning process

There is a saying in the wheat flour industry that "good cleaning is half the work". In order to make high quality flour, we should start from the raw grain, first of all, the wheat processing pretreatment, that is, the so-called primary cleaning and one cleaning and two cleaning. The purpose of wheat processing pretreatment is to remove impurities, ensure the normal operation of equipment, and ensure the quality of finished products. Due to the selection, cultivation, harvesting, threshing, drying, transportation and storage of wheat, some impurities are inevitably mixed in. And the process of cleaning up impurities is the wheat cleaning process.

 

In the actual production of wheat processing plant, it is impossible to use a cleaning equipment to remove all impurities in wheat, but all kinds of equipment should be reasonably combined together for cleaning. Wheat cleaning process is referred to as wheat road. It is a production process in which the cleaning processes are combined and the wheat is continuously treated according to the quality requirements of the milled wheat. A perfect and reasonable wheat cleaning process is not only an important link to ensure product quality and improve product purity, but also an important key to increase yield and flour yield, reduce power consumption and stabilize milling operation.


 

Water regulation

 

The next step is to regulate the water content of wheat, which is what we often call moistening wheat. After increasing the free water in the middle of wheat through water regulation, the tenacity of wheat cortex will be enhanced, and the granular starch in endosperm will become loose. This change is to facilitate grinding and reduce energy consumption. The endosperm is easy to be broken, and the cortex is not easy to be broken, which makes it difficult for wheat cortex to mix with flour in grinding and screening. The results showed that the wheat flour after water adjustment had better color and quality and higher flour yield.

Before entering the mill, we need to carry out the final treatment of wheat, such as magnetic separation, preloading, screening and other links, to ensure that the wheat is clean before entering the mill and reduce the working pressure of the front skin mill.


 

Milling System

 

After the pre-processing of wheat is finished, we will send the wheat to the milling system for milling. The purpose of our flour mill is to mechanically process the clean wheat after cleaning and moisture adjustment into wheat flour with different needs, while separating the by-products. The purpose of grinding is to use mechanical force to peel the wheat grains, then scrape the endosperm on the bran flakes, and then grind the endosperm into a certain fineness of wheat flour. The main equipment is roller mill.




 

 

 

In the wheat flour milling system, sieving is also an essential item. The purpose of sieving is to classify the ground or impacted materials according to the size of the particles, and to filter out the flour. The main equipment is plansifter, bran beating machine and bran brushing machine.


 

 

Fine processing of finished products

 

Finally, there is the post-processing of flour. This process is the final stage of wheat processing, which includes the collection of flour, flour blending, weighing and the addition of trace elements. Flour collection is the collection, combination and inspection of the wheat flour sifted out by each flat sieve during the wheat flour milling process. The flour blending can make the ground flour meet the needs of various noodle products, and at the same time make the product quality stable.

Degerminator with Japan technology, is designed to scrub the bran skin from the maize kernel and to dislodge the germ from its cavity, with the minimum reduction in size of the broken fragments.

Advantages and disadvantages of wheat wet cleaning technology

  The wheat wet cleaning process is to add a wheat wet machine on the basis of dry cleaning process. Stone washing machine is the main machine of wheat wet cleaning process. It can separate the impurities such as shoulder stone, mud block and insect eaten wheat grain in wheat; through wet wheat, it can also remove soil, pesticide, microorganism, insect eggs and other pollutants on the surface of wheat and embedded in the abdominal ditch; it can also increase the water content of wheat. Its disadvantage is that the water consumption is large, the sewage needs to be purified, and the workshop is humid It is easy to accelerate the bacterial reproduction in the equipment, transportation machine and wheat warehouse.


 

The main advantages of wheat wet cleaning process are recognized as the main part, which is to remove stones and water. One of the important advantages of the wheat wet machine is that it can completely remove the dust adhered to the surface of the wheat grain and the inside of the belly ditch and the light miscellaneous mixed in the wheat stream. This function can not be achieved by any advanced single cleaning machine. Research and practice have proved that the dust adhered on the surface of wheat has the greatest pollution to wheat flour. When the non cleaned wheat enters the first grinding machine and is grinded for the first time, its particle size is smaller than that of the wheat in the product, and it is fragile and miscellaneous, so it can enter the front wheat flour system unimpeded through screening without any further grinding, while the medium and low particles in the middle and back roads are relatively low On the contrary, wheat flour and by-product bran are rarely contaminated. This is that many large factories with excellent machine and advanced technology can not produce high-precision wheat flour, while some small factories can produce high-grade wheat flour with a similar proportion only because of the addition of wheat washing machine, although the equipment and technology of some small factories are relatively simple.


 

After wet cleaning, the following process indexes can be achieved: ① the ash content of wheat should be reduced by 0.02% - 0.04%; ② the broken wheat produced should not exceed 0.5%; ③ the moisture content of wheat should meet the requirements of flour milling, and there is no water drop on the surface of Wheat; ④ the sand content after wet should be less than 0.03% (when the sand content of wheat entering the machine ≤ 0.3%); ⑤ wheat grains infected with pathogens (Hyde disease, scab, and ergot) (6) the amount of dry matter washed away should not exceed 0.3% of the total weight of wheat, and the sewage purification treatment should meet the requirements of environmental protection. There is a big difference in ash content, whiteness and microorganism between wheat flour processed by wet wheat and that without wet wheat. It can be seen from the data measured by relevant research: the dry cleaning process can reduce the ash content (dry basis) of wheat mill by 0.09% on average, and the wet cleaning process can reduce the ash content (dry basis) of wheat flour by 0.17% on average, which is almost twice as much as that of dry cleaning; the ash content of wheat flour is also decreased more obviously, with an average decrease of 0.027% under the premise of unchanged flour proportion, and the whiteness is slightly improved. The unfavorable factor is that the bacterial content of wheat flour produced by wet cleaning is slightly increased.

 

Compared with the dry cleaning process, the disadvantages of the wet cleaning process are also more prominent: first of all, wheat wet needs to consume a lot of tap water, the sewage needs to be purified, and the water consumption is 1 ~ 2 times of the wheat flow. In the current situation of frequent urban water shortage and high water price, for small and medium-sized wheat flour milling enterprises, it is not only difficult to bear the expensive water cost, but also the discharged sewage can not be completely purified. Secondly, the wheat washing water contains a large number of organic impurities such as wheat husk, insect damaged wheat grains and broken wheat grains, which will cause the loss of useful materials without treatment In order to solve these two problems, we must take relative measures, and the investment should not be too large and the cost should not be too high. Otherwise, it will not work in the wheat flour industry with low profit.

The wet cleaning process of wheat has gone through the process from use to elimination, and its cleaning effect is in favor of its cleaning effect: it can shorten the process flow, reduce the occupation of machine, and improve the quality of wheat flour; it is eliminated because it consumes a lot of water, wastes wheat and causes certain pollution to the environment.
