Wheat processing technology is to make wheat into flour to meet various needs. Cleaning process
There is a saying in the wheat flour industry that "good cleaning is half the work". In order to make high quality flour, we should start from the raw grain, first of all, the wheat processing pretreatment, that is, the so-called primary cleaning and one cleaning and two cleaning. The purpose of wheat processing pretreatment is to remove impurities, ensure the normal operation of equipment, and ensure the quality of finished products. Due to the selection, cultivation, harvesting, threshing, drying, transportation and storage of wheat, some impurities are inevitably mixed in. And the process of cleaning up impurities is the wheat cleaning process.
In the actual production of wheat processing plant, it is impossible to use a cleaning equipment to remove all impurities in wheat, but all kinds of equipment should be reasonably combined together for cleaning. Wheat cleaning process is referred to as wheat road. It is a production process in which the cleaning processes are combined and the wheat is continuously treated according to the quality requirements of the milled wheat. A perfect and reasonable wheat cleaning process is not only an important link to ensure product quality and improve product purity, but also an important key to increase yield and flour yield, reduce power consumption and stabilize milling operation.
Water regulation
The next step is to regulate the water content of wheat, which is what we often call moistening wheat. After increasing the free water in the middle of wheat through water regulation, the tenacity of wheat cortex will be enhanced, and the granular starch in endosperm will become loose. This change is to facilitate grinding and reduce energy consumption. The endosperm is easy to be broken, and the cortex is not easy to be broken, which makes it difficult for wheat cortex to mix with flour in grinding and screening. The results showed that the wheat flour after water adjustment had better color and quality and higher flour yield.
Before entering the mill, we need to carry out the final treatment of wheat, such as magnetic separation, preloading, screening and other links, to ensure that the wheat is clean before entering the mill and reduce the working pressure of the front skin mill.
Milling System
After the pre-processing of wheat is finished, we will send the wheat to the milling system for milling. The purpose of our flour mill is to mechanically process the clean wheat after cleaning and moisture adjustment into wheat flour with different needs, while separating the by-products. The purpose of grinding is to use mechanical force to peel the wheat grains, then scrape the endosperm on the bran flakes, and then grind the endosperm into a certain fineness of wheat flour. The main equipment is roller mill.
In the wheat flour milling system, sieving is also an essential item. The purpose of sieving is to classify the ground or impacted materials according to the size of the particles, and to filter out the flour. The main equipment is plansifter, bran beating machine and bran brushing machine.
Fine processing of finished products
Finally, there is the post-processing of flour. This process is the final stage of wheat processing, which includes the collection of flour, flour blending, weighing and the addition of trace elements. Flour collection is the collection, combination and inspection of the wheat flour sifted out by each flat sieve during the wheat flour milling process. The flour blending can make the ground flour meet the needs of various noodle products, and at the same time make the product quality stable.
