How about my day of The 3rd Forum on China-Africa Local Government Cooperation
Here I shared one article which our Hongdefa General manager Miss Guo write about her experience in a great meeting about China and Africa cooperation.

1. About the forum on China-Africa Local Government Cooperation
The Forum on China-Africa Local Government Cooperation(CALGC) was launched by the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign countries (CPAFFC) in 2012 and has been held once every three years. It was taken into the framework of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation in 2015. Six years after its initiation, the CALGC forum has become a major platform for pooling insights from non-governmental sectors in China and African countries and promoting practical cooperation between China and continent.
The CPAFFC host the Third CALGC Forum on May 7 to 8, 2018 in Beijing, which has drawn about 400 participants, including state leaders, central government officials in charge of local affairs and local government leaders from African countries and Chinese provincial governors and mayors and business. Under the theme of “Poverty Alleviation and Sustainable Development”, the forum focus on talents training and production capability cooperation and contribute wisdom and strength to the exploration of the right way for developing nations to pursue a sustainable development.
2. Hongdefa Company instruction:
Hongdefa is professional manufacture for maize flour mill machine and wheat flour mill machines since 1982. The Main market of Hongdefa is in Africa, and Hongdefa has running flour mills in more than 30countries , such as Ethiopia, Kenya , Zambia, Uganda, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Ghana, Botswana, Mozambique, Angola, Nigeria, Cameroon, Senegal etc. Hongdefa have 3 Branch offices in Africa: Addis ababa/Ethiopia; Lusaka/Zambia, Kampala/Uganda. Hongdefa in Africa Market had been more than 16years. The first Flour mill China export is installed by Engineer Mr.Guo zhenfa who is the Factory manager of Hongdefa.

China Vice-President Wang Qishan attends the Third Forum on China-Africa Local Government Cooperation in Beijing on Tuesday. About 400 people were attracted to the forum.

Vice-President Wang Qishan highlights areas like poverty eradication at forum

China will support Africa's development by passing along experiences from its own development, Vice-President Wang Qishan said on Tuesday in Beijing.
Under the framework of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, local governments in China and Africa carry out exchanges and cooperation focusing on poverty alleviation and sustainable development, Wang said at the opening ceremony of the Third Forum on China-Africa Local Government Cooperation.

"It will promote the implementation of the China-Africa comprehensive strategic partnership of cooperation," Wang said.
The two-day forum that started on Monday was attended by about 400 people from government and private organizations. It was co-hosted by the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and the United Cities and Local Governments of Africa.
Wang said China will unswervingly implement the mutually beneficial opening-up strategy to realize the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
China is still a developing country, he said, adding that unbalanced and inadequate development remains a major contradiction.
China still faces the arduous task and challenge of winning the tough battle against targeted poverty and ensuring the impoverished people will not be left behind in the nationwide pursuit of a moderately prosperous society, he said.
Bilateral trade volume between China and African nations reached $170 billion last year, and China's growth in imports from Africa is up 32 percent. Between them, they have established 135 "sister ties" at provincial and city level.

Niger Prime Minister Brigi Rafini said at the opening ceremony that Niger should further encourage, emphasize and promote local-level cooperation with China.

Former Tanzanian prime minister Salim Ahmed Salim said that apart from passing on experience, China is also helping Tanzania in developing its economy and building infrastructure.
Salim, also chairman of the Tanzania-China Friendship Promotion Association, said Tanzania hopes to strengthen communication at the local level with China to improve the governance system as well as to serve the people.
Wang also met with Rafini and Salim separately on Tuesday.
While meeting with Rafini, Wang said enhancing bilateral cooperation and promoting common development are shared hopes of China and Niger.
Bilateral mutually beneficial cooperation in various fields recently has witnessed vigorous development and China is willing to push forward China-Niger relations to a higher level, Wang said
Rafini said that Niger is happy to see China's growing importance in the international community and hopes to learn from China's development experience.
While meeting with Salim, Wang said China would like to promote bilateral ties to move forward through concrete cooperation projects.
Salim said he hopes the countries will deepen exchanges and cooperation at all levels and continue to consolidate and develop their traditional friendship.

At the Lunch time, we meet our friend from Ghana who is very friendly. And we discussed more about Ghana. And I have introduced our Hongdefa Company, as the Biggest manufacture for the maize milling machine, and we have visited Ghana of Tema and Accra last year. In Tema we have running wheat flour mill since 2002. And in 2017 we have installed one set maize mill machine of 30T/24h making maize grits.

It’s really great that in this time, we know Mr.Bernard G.Manyenyeni,the mayor of Harare, Obed Bapela, Deputy minister South Africa, and more Africa friends. I explain to them about what kinds of business I am doing, like maize milling machines, and wheat flour mill, we have different capacity, not just the big capacity maize milling machine, but also the small capacity maize milling machine and wheat flour mill, like 5T/24h and the price is very reasonable, and suitable for village, and also the 30T/24h maize milling machine, is suitable for industrial, if have the ability, can buy the big capacity one, like 150T maize flour mill machine, or 250T maize milling machine.
That is really a very very happy day and great meeting. Hope in the future we will have more and more cooperation with Africa clients. Hongdefa will come to visit more countries in Africa to install our flour mill machines.
