This activity was carried out at the new campus of Hebei University of Foreign Languages in Yuanshi County. We work with the students of the school to add a little green to their new campus, our common home.

 When the manager announced to all employees of the company to start the tree planting activity on April 12, the employees responded enthusiastically and positively. Many employees kept asking about the tree planting activity and the specific arrangements. I hope this special In the days, I expressed my love for the beautiful nature and support for this event.  The forest where we planted trees was named "Dream Park". Those who are in the forest are also wood; those who are wood are also lignum.  We need to plant a large variety of small tree seedlings, and the planting area is large. At the beginning, everyone worked hard, digging holes, planting trees, and filling soil. But finally, we found that the trees that we planted were all arranged unevenly, and the small trees in the same area were all arranged unevenly. The types of saplings are also different, and everyone did not moisturize them when planting small saplings, which is not conducive to the survival of the saplings. After finding the problem, re-planning, after effective organization and arrangement, we grouped according to the previous group, and soon restarted planting trees. The small sapling that I planted will eventually become a towering tree. 4. Roller Mill body: clean once a year. The cleaning time is after shutdown at the end of each year. Clean up thoroughly without dead space. After cleaning, no parts are lost or damaged. The production personnel arranged by the workshop shall be responsible for the cleaning of the machine body.

2、Cleaning of Plansifter

 

1. The surface cleaning work of the plansifter is cleaned by the cleaning personnel every day to keep clean and free from dust.

3. When cleaning, brush, batch knife and other tools should be used to thoroughly clean the screen body, inner wall and channel.

Determine the best grinding flow rate

Each powder path has a certain flow range. When the flow is too large, the uniformity of material crushing will decrease. Generally, when the moisture deviates by 1% from the best water entering the mill, the flow of entering the mill should be reversely adjusted by about 10%. In addition, changes in seasons and climate also have a significant impact on the optimal grinding flow rate. When high temperature, high humidity, and low air pressure, the material is wet and sticky, the grinding flow rate should be appropriately reduced.

Cleaning process

There is a saying in the wheat flour industry that "good cleaning is half the work". In order to make high quality flour, we should start from the raw grain, first of all, the wheat processing pretreatment, that is, the so-called primary cleaning and one cleaning and two cleaning. The purpose of wheat processing pretreatment is to remove impurities, ensure the normal operation of equipment, and ensure the quality of finished products. Due to the selection, cultivation, harvesting, threshing, drying, transportation and storage of wheat, some impurities are inevitably mixed in. And the process of cleaning up impurities is the wheat cleaning process.

 

In the actual production of wheat processing plant, it is impossible to use a cleaning equipment to remove all impurities in wheat, but all kinds of equipment should be reasonably combined together for cleaning. Wheat cleaning process is referred to as wheat road. It is a production process in which the cleaning processes are combined and the wheat is continuously treated according to the quality requirements of the milled wheat. A perfect and reasonable wheat cleaning process is not only an important link to ensure product quality and improve product purity, but also an important key to increase yield and flour yield, reduce power consumption and stabilize milling operation.

 

Water regulation

 

The next step is to regulate the water content of wheat, which is what we often call moistening wheat. After increasing the free water in the middle of wheat through water regulation, the tenacity of wheat cortex will be enhanced, and the granular starch in endosperm will become loose. This change is to facilitate grinding and reduce energy consumption. The endosperm is easy to be broken, and the cortex is not easy to be broken, which makes it difficult for wheat cortex to mix with flour in grinding and screening. The results showed that the wheat flour after water adjustment had better color and quality and higher flour yield.

Before entering the mill, we need to carry out the final treatment of wheat, such as magnetic separation, preloading, screening and other links, to ensure that the wheat is clean before entering the mill and reduce the working pressure of the front skin mill.

 

Milling System

 

After the pre-processing of wheat is finished, we will send the wheat to the milling system for milling.
