Hongdefa is a professional manufacturer of wheat flour mill and maize flour mill in China. In 2007, Hongdefa
installed one 60t/24h wheat flour mill in Egypt, this is with pneumatic roller mill and double section sifters.
It produce different grades of wheat flour for different purpose, such as bread flour, cake flour, chapati flour etc.






In 2013, this client came to Hongdefa factory in China again, and put new order of 200t/24h wheat flour mill with
Plansifter, PLC control system.  He wanted to upgrade his business as it’s a good market in Egypt for flour mill.
This time he have stayed in our China factory for one month and stayed together with technician team
Mr. Yu, Mr. Ma,and every day they worked together for the new plant drawings of 200t/24h flour mill.
Not only the client, but also all of our team pay more attention to this project and thanks for client’s support for
hongdefa.




In 2015,hongdefa engineers have finished installation of this new 200t/24h wheat flour mill with high standard.



             
After the trade fair, hongdefa team will stay in Eygpt for another three days, to visit this old customer and come
to visit some other places. Rivers nile is the longest river in the world, it passes through 11 countries which gives
it the name "International River". It is the primary water source of Egypt. We are planning to have a visit here.

Abu Simbel temples is also a nice place, which is located in southern Egypt near the border with Sudan, Abu
Simbel temples serve as lasting monument to the king and his queen Nefertari, and commemorate his victory at
the Battle of Kadesh.
The last place we must to go is the historical wonder of the world contains three great pyramids, the great
sphinx, cemeteries and industrial complex. The pyramids at Giza were built over the span of three generations –
by Khufu, his second reigning son Khafre, and Menkaure.

Where to check 100T maize mill and silo in Nigeria +8613833461840


In the year 2017 of July I come to Abujia Nigeria for a visiting for the maize flour mill and wheat mill machine business.
From that time, I pay more attention to Nigeria.


On March 29th, the Nigerian Lekki Deepwater Port Project, which was built by China Harbour Engineering Co., Ltd.,
held a ribbon-cutting ceremony in the Lagos Laiki Free Trade Zone. Vice President Osing Baggio attended the ceremony
and said that the project is of great significance to the development of Nigerian social economy.
The federal and state governments will provide all necessary support to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.


After the project is completed, Lekki Port will become one of the largest deep-water ports in West Africa, playing a pivotal
role in the entire sub-regional port, and about 170,000 people will receive direct and indirect employment opportunities.



Lagos is the economic capital of Nigeria, the largest city in West Africa, and its economic output accounts for nearly half of
the country. In Lagos, the port area is shallow, and only small cargo ships can be parked, and the loading and unloading
efficiency is low.
Hongdefa build a deep friendly friendship with Nigerian since 2014 when Hongdefa export first corn flour mill machine to
Nigeria.
On 19th -22th July 2017, we had a business trip in Abuja- the capital of Nigeria. We were well treated by our Nigeria
friend during our time in Abuja. Meantime, Hongdefa laid a good foundation for future cooperation of corn/maize/wheat
flour mill business with Nigerian by this visit. We visited client’s factory in Ilorin and do the special design for his maize
mill plant.


On 25th-27th September,Hongdefa came Nigeria again and attended Nigeria International Agriculture Fair at Abuja
International Conference Center.

Certainly,we were moved by the sincerity and enthusiasm of the Nigerian people again.
One of our client drive from 293KM away to meet with us and bring some food for us.
He asked us a lot of technical issue about corn flour mill machine and our technical manager give him a professional
answer on spot.
After a long and deeply conversation, He finally opened his arms had a hug with us.We made a deal for turn-key project of
100T/24h corn flour mill machine, steel structure workshop and the silo.
For now, this client steel structure workshop (supplied by Hongdefa ) already finished building.



Soon the silo(supplied by Hongdefa )would be finished building.

In next two month we will send engineers to Nigeria to guide installation and commissioning of 100T/24h maize flour mill
machine.
Soon in the near future there would be a big mill factory running in Makurdi Nigeria and bring super white maize flour for
lovely Nigerian for making delicious fufuo.

How do I think about China maize wheat flour processing machine? +8613833461840


I am Ma Guojun, born in 1961, graduated from secondary school in 1980, and now is
a Technical Manager in Shijiazhuang Hongdefa Machinery Co., Ltd.
In 1980, I joined the Zanhuang Flour Machinery Factory and worked as a salesman in
sales department. In 1984, I joined the after sales department and was responsible for
installing and commissioning flour mill machine for customers. Zanhuang Flour
Machinery Factory is an excellent enterprise of China Machinery Department and
Hebei Province. It is a national second-level enterprise specializing in the production of
wheat flour mill machinery and maize milling machinery. Since the development of the
first set of small and medium-sized flour processing equipment in 1979, the products
have been sold in China and abroad for 17 years, and the production and sales volume
of the same industry in the country is the first.

In 1986, I was responsible for the development of 6FTS12T complete milling equipment
, the first one in China. That is the 12T/24h flour mill line.

Development of 6FTS 5T flour equipment in 1984. Small capacity but at that time it is
very advanced technology.


Maize processing equipment in 1988 Chengdu Exhibition, that is a very excited
experience for me. And Chengdu is a really very beautiful city. The food in Chengdu is
also very very delicious.
Beijing Exhibition in 2001, that time our factory becomes bigger and the flour mill
kinds is much more than before. We grown together.


During these years, I had many good friends and colleagues.
Among them, one of the founders of Africa Trading Co., Ltd. /
Shijiazhuang Hongdefa Machinery Co., Ltd., Mr. Guo Zhenfa is the best friend of me.
He was responsible for the installation and commissioning of the first set of flour
processing equipment exported by China in 1982. At that time, it caused a lot of
sensation. On the day they set off for installation, the whole factory staff went to the
door to line up for the farewell. Although it was about 30 years in a blink of an eye,
the scene was still vivid, and it was a great envy and a great glory. I think because of
this, my current boss has already started to do foreign trade, so that after the factory
was divided into the international department and the country, Mr.Guo has been selling,
installing and debugging in the international department, because of so many years of
accumulation, MR.Guo can create the brand "Hongdefa".

In 2005, Zanhuang Flour Machinery Factory closed because of the enterprise policy
changed and joint-stock enterprises establishment in China.


In 2006, I joined Shijiazhuang Africa Trading Co., Ltd. and continued to work on
flour machine technology and international trade. In 2009, our company established
Shijiazhuang Hongdefa Machinery Co., Ltd which is mainly aimed at the research and
development of maize and wheat processing machinery in Africa, South America and
some Southeast Asian countries to produce maize wheat corn flour mill machine that
can adapted to local market need.

 This picture was taken in 2008 when I was installing and commissioning one 120 T/24h
maize mill machine in Zimbabwe.
Zimbabwe is a very beautiful country with so kind people and so beautiful view,
the weather is very comfortable. I learn to cook the local food there.
So missed the time in Zimbabwe!
In 2013, we established the branch office in Lusaka, Zambia. This is more convenient
for the door to door customer services for our clients.
I was in Zambia in 2014 to do some technical guidance work for maize milling
machines, together with clients.


In the year 2015, Kenya client visited our factory and purchased our 50T/24H maize
milling machine.
This maize milling machine running in Nairobi, European standard machinery with
vertical design. It occupy a workshop building 33M*12M*8M, using automatic packing
machines.
We do the factory design for client, it’s a professional modernized factory design for
this 50T/24H maize milling plant project.
We opened our branch office in Addis Ababa Ethiopia in 2016, branch office in
Kampala Uganda in 2017, and will have more and more branch offices be built in
other countries to supply the most convenient after-sale service for our maize mill and
wheat flour mill clients.
In 2017, I guided the installation of the 200T/24H wheat flour mill project in Brazil.
It adopt 5-floor building and the photos took when i check the roller mill condition,
I stayed in Brazil for 6 months, operate the machine for client and trained client’s
millers how to operate the machines and handle the daily problems, when everything
I think goes well, then back to China.
The client bough the 60T/24H wheat flour mill in 2012. I made the installation work for
him, the machine adopt steel structure frame design. It already running 6 years till now
with so good quality. That is the reason why this same client ordered the 200t wheat
mill in 2016 again.


In the same year, I did more than 4 sets 30T maize milling machines installation work
in Tanzania, Kenya, Zambia and Uganda. And I will keep leaning and training, supply
more and more professional installation and training works to more clients, do what I
can do for the food processing of the world is what I always pursue! Hope the maize
milling and wheat flour mill technology will make the world of people have a better
life! And same time, hope our Hongdefa machinery can do more and more maize
milling plant and wheat flour mill project for all over the world！
